1. The service

TrueOracle Daily ("the Service") is a subscription service that sends a personalized daily report by email. The Service is intended for personal reflection and decision support. It is not fortune-telling, and it does not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis (US$4.99/month or US$49/year) following a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueOracle Daily is not liable for any decisions you make or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on this page.
